– Customers have 3–7 days to return faulty devices for examination (see our Return Policy for details).

– A 6-month network warranty applies to devices.

– There is no warranty for:

– Electrical faults

– Physical damage (LCD, camera, covers, etc.) caused by falls or pressure

– Water damage

– Batteries and accessories

4. Repairs

– Repairs are offered at competitive market rates.

– Screen and battery replacement quotes may be provided immediately.

– Other repairs require examination by our technician before a quote is issued.

5. Shipping

– We use trusted logistics partners to ensure fast delivery.

– Next-day delivery is available in major cities; nationwide delivery takes 1–2 business days.

– Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

6. Limitation of Liability

– iCharles iPhones are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.

– We are not liable for any personal data loss, device misuse, or damage occurring after delivery.
