Return Policy

It is our number one principle to give our new and existing customer the best experience and satisfaction. Therefore, we make sure before we deliver any device that a thorough testing on the functionality of the device is made so that we can keep up the standard of the quality devices we provide.

However, if a faulty device is delivered a customer has 3-7days to return it for examination. If the faulty is miniature they will be fixed and device sent back to the customers. If the faulty is significant, the device will be returned to our suppliers for exchange. This may take 3-5 days.

We offer 6 months network warranty. There is no warranty on electrical faulty. There is no warranty on physical damage on the device; this includes damage of on the LCD, camera, cover, etc due to falling or pressure on applied on the device. There is no warranty for water damage on the devices. There is no warranty on the batteries and accessories.

Please note it is customer’ s responsibility to send back a device back to us. We also take responsibility to send it back to the customer after the faulty has been fixed or exchange.

Repaires

At iCharles we understand the unfortunate events happen and your loved device may be damaged. Therefore, we also offer repairs to the devices at an affordable price competitive to the market. We replace screen, battery of devices. You need to conduct us with the model of your device and specify what problem are you encountering. Immediate quote for screen and batteries can be provided online. For any other problems, the device needs to be examined by our technician to point out the problem. The quote is only given after the technician has examined them.
