2. Returns for Faulty Devices
If a faulty device is delivered, customers have 3–7 working days to return it for examination.
Minor faults will be repaired, and the device returned to the customer.
Significant faults will be returned to our suppliers for exchange. This process may take 3–5 working days.
iCharles iPhones offer a 6-month warranty on Pre-Owned devices and New devices carry 12-months manufacturer warranty.
Exclusions – there is no warranty for:
- Electrical faults
- Physical damage (LCD, camera, covers, etc.) caused by falls or pressure
- Water damage
- Batteries and accessoriesNote: It is the customer’s responsibility to send the device back to us. We will ensure the repaired or exchanged device is returned safely.
3. Repairs
We understand that accidents happen, and devices may get damaged. iCharles iPhones offers repairs at competitive rates, including:
- Screen replacements
- Battery replacements
- And any other device related issues.
- How to Request Repairs:
- Provide your device model and describe the issue.
- For screen or battery replacements, you may receive an instant online quote.
- For other issues, your device will need to be examined by our technician before a quote is provided.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We prioritise fast and reliable delivery for all orders.We use trusted logistics partners, offering next-day delivery to major cities and 1–2 business days nationwide.
Customers can track parcels using the waybill number provided after dispatch.
